Default Before it's too late...

One day a woman's husband died, and on that clear, cold morning,
in the warmth of their bedroom, the wife was struck with the pain
of learning that sometimes there isn't an "anymore."
No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together,
no more phone calls just to chat, no more "just one minute."
Sometimes, what we care about the most gets all used up and goes away,
never to return before we can say good-bye, say "I love you."
So while we have it, it's best we love it, care for it,
fix it when it's broken and heal it when it's sick.
This is true for marriage... and old cars, and children with bad report cards,
and dogs with bad hips, family and aging parents and grandparents.
We keep them because they are worth it... because we are worth it.
Some things we keep -- like a best friend who moved away or a sister-in-law after divorce.
There are just some things that make us happy, no matter what.
Life is important. We only have one.
We only have one mom, one dad, one unique brother or sister or friend.
Any of us could die today, tomorrow or next week.
So, do you have any wounds needing to be healed,
friendships that need rekindling, or three words needing to be said?
Make time to let every one of your friends and family know you love them TODAY.
Don't wait until it's too late.

“You never lose by loving. You always lose by holding back.”
~Barbara De Angelis~

“Life is short and we never have enough time for gladdening the hearts of those who travel the way with us. Oh, be swift to love! Make haste to be kind.”
~Henri Frederic Amiel~

“People so seldom say I love you And then it's either too late or love goes. So when I tell you I love you, It doesn't mean I know you'll never go, Only that I wish you didn't have to.”

“The way to love anything is to realize that it may be lost.”
~G.K. Chesterton~

“Carpe diem! Rejoice while you are alive; enjoy the day; live life to the fullest; make the most of what you have. It is later than you think.”
~Horace~

“Death is a challenge. It tells us not to waste time... It tells us to tell each other right now that we love each other.”
~Leo F. Buscaglia~
